Let’s say that you have sent an email and just after clicking on send, you have realized that one of the recipients wasn’t supposed to receive the email?

Gmail has a feature that let’s you cancel sending an email within 30 seconds of sending it.

How does it work?

Open Gmail and go to Setting.
In General Tab, look for Undo send feature and check Enable Undo Send
In the “Undo Send” section, check the box next to “Enable Undo Send.” and select the right period for you, either 10, 20 or 30 seconds, I recommend 30 sec as it allows more time to decide.
At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

After that, every time you send an email, a small notification pops out that allows you to un-send the email. If you click on Usend, the email will not be sent and stored as draft instead, so the good news is that you will not loose the email.

Voila, now you know how to unsend a Gmail email,
