They serve at outstanding organizations in the nonprofit, private, and government sectors to address social issues and are enrolled in an ongoing training program (Global Leadership Lab). After 12 to 18 months, they return to their countries and regions to multiply knowledge. They share the skills, effective practices, valuable experiences, and the global network of change makers they gained during the Fellowship.
