What does leadership mean to you?

For me, leadership means fostering relationships & collaborations, encouraging and developing team members to reach their potential, and promoting open communication while achieving the goals.

What are you most excited about joining Atlas Corps as a Fellow?

I am most excited about cross-cultural learning and the projects I will be working on across Ghana, Kenya, and Pakistan. I am also looking forward to networking during the next 12 months through Atlas Corps events.

Tell us about what you will be doing at Generation and what you hope to gain from the experience?

I am a Strategy Fellow at Generation and will serve as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier to the Region COO. My role will focus on supporting key innovations in multiple countries, regional strategy development, and country launch support specifically in Ghana.

Thank you, Faryal, for sharing your leadership journey with us. We wish you and the rest of Class 49 the best of luck in the program!
