First, what is LDA Albania?
Leadership Development Association Albania (LDA Albania) is a non-profit organization run by young professionals, establish in January 2017. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, democracy, good governance, fight corruption, entrepreneurship, professional growth and in many management areas.
Second, what is LEAP Summit?
LEAP is a global movement which influences more than 100.000 people worldwide. It consists of LEAP Summit global conference, LEAPin conferences, LEAP Community and LEAP Program for Future Leaders and Future Entrepreneurs.
LEAP Summit is a 3-day conference, which gathers more than 2,000 changemakers from more than 30 countries who are leaders in their respective communities. The main focus of the conference is on themes connected to innovation, IT and modern technologies, entrepreneurship, career development and life-changing stories. LEAP Summit brings people from all over the world at one place to learn together in order to solve the most pressing challenges of our time.
LDA Albania delegation into LEAP Summit 2018 for the second year:
During the 3 days of the LEAP Summit conference, which gathered over 2000+ participants from over 30 countries around the world, of which 30 were part of the delegation from LDA Albania & Kosovo.
On the first day of the conference, the registration was done at 15:00. From the first day speakers, 2 of them were Albanians Enkelejd Zotaj with the theme “Agility vs. fragility “and Alejtin Berisha on the topic” Less schooling, more entrepreneurs – why we need to reinvent our education system! “.
The part of the summit was divided into 4 large halls namely: “Entrepreneurship Stage” by EEN, “Digital Stage”, “European Commission” and “LEAP Stage”.
After the summit and throughout the day the Networking & Lounge Zone area could be used by everyone for more networking.
LDA delegates joined the young people of Presevo where they shared experiences and a great deal of time together.
On the second day of the conference, the co-ordinators of the group from Kristijan Z. Ramajdhe Etleva Pillati gave a short interview about the organization of the LEAP-in conference in Albania and in Kosovo, the expectations, and feelings for the LEAP Summit in Zagreb. On the second day the conferences started from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm after the conferences there could be B2B meetings for those who had left the meeting in advance.
The third day ended the day and the Green Stage where there were very important influential speakers like Iva Hafner on “Stage your own race and make the world a better place” theme. After the day’s conference at 22:00, he started the #FLEAPOUT party, which lasted until 5:00 pm, where the guests were DJs – Vanillaz, Kosta Radman & Joe2Shine.
During the third day, representatives of LDA Albania & Kosovo also met with representatives of LDA International and LDA Croatia.
LEAP Summit builds bridges of cooperation among people from different cultures and backgrounds. One of the conferences that separate intellectual resources in order to work together for a future of united humanity based on peace, innovation, prosperity and harmony.
