Sierra Benson joins Atlas Corps as the Executive Assistant, supporting members of the senior leadership team in their day-to-day work.

Born and raised on a farm in Idaho, Sierra graduated from Utah State University as a first-generation graduate with a BA degree in Communication Studies, with an Emphasis in Conflict Management and Facilitation. She continued her education with a graduate certificate in Anticipatory Intelligence, a multi-domain approach to anticipating complex threats and opportunities emerging from the worldʼs actors and factors in order to mitigate uncertainty and design resilient solutions. Throughout her academic journey, Sierra attended leadership programs throughout the US and UK, spent a summer learning Spanish in Spain, and was heavily involved in student government and her college radio station. Through these experiences, Sierra developed a passion in social enterprise, conflict transformation, and planning events that foster inextricable human connection.

In her free time, Sierra enjoys being involved with the local music scene, volunteer teaching
English and Conflict workshops in the community, and snow skiing.
