Jocelyn Brown joined Atlas Corps as the Summer 2023 Training Management Intern and returned as a Virtual Leadership Program Assistant. She assists with Virtual Leadership Institute synchronous programming and content development. She also assists VLI Scholars and Peer Coaches in their leadership development by helping them take full advantage of the assignments and technology at their disposal.

Jocelyn graduated with a BA in Political Science: International Relations and minors in Philosophy, Global Studies, and Civil & Professional Leadership from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. During her undergraduate career, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Ireland, Germany, and Mexico. She also interned full-time for a semester at the Norwegian Nobel Peace Prize Institute in Oslo, Norway. Her academic and advocacy passion areas include leadership theory, migration, sustainability, and gender equity. She is currently based in Sweden, completing an MA in International Migration and Ethnic Relations at Malmö University.
