Hosan Lee navigates through the world at the intersection of social innovation, technology, and experience design. Her work focuses on helping strengthen social systems for community-driven power shifts across cultural, political, and economic channels. She is on the Global Fellowship Council and the Founding Chair of the U.S. Fellowship Council for the RSA (The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce), a global network of 30,000 social changemakers. Most recently, she co-founded Prointelsec, an action-oriented think tank bridging global networks of academics, researchers, and journalists with designers, technologists, and community leaders who are passionate about finding new solutions to today’s shifting political realities.

Hosan founded a tech startup, has been featured in press outlets like the Financial Times, Fortune, and Forbes, and has spoken about power, empathy, race, entrepreneurship, and scaling social cohesion. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University and studied design at Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles and Central Saint Martins in London. She is based in Washington DC and Zurich, Switzerland.
