Chia-Tien Nicole Chen joined the team as a Program Intern in the Fall of 2021. Now, as Program Assistant, she supports the communications and logistics of the Virtual Leadership Institute, as well as recruitment for the Fellowship and Virtual Leadership Institute.
Nicole is from Shanghai, China and Taipei, Taiwan. She graduated from Williams College in 2021 with a B.A. in Sociology. She is passionate about bringing an internationalist perspective to issues at the intersections of labor, gender, and racial justice. In her free time, she likes to watch films and care for her houseplants.
