Look into yourself and be aware. Inner eyes, smooth glance of one. Again. Do not shout out loud your frustration and anger as if there was no tomorrow. Be aware. Look again. Treat one with kindness while being benevolent to you. Open your eyes, look around, take your time and be silent; no one wants to hear you yet. Leave the “I” behind for a moment and share with ease your peaceful being. Don’t be shy; be courageous enough to remain silent for a while and to make your voice heard in the right moment. Be truthful to yourself but be aware that there are others around you. Listen and start again.
