Atlas Corps matches mission-driven organizations with experienced talent from around the world for a full-time Fellowship designed to strengthen organizations, foster innovation, and develop leaders.

OUR FELLOWS

  • 2-10 years of experience in their fields
  • 65% hold advanced degrees
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Firsthand cultural and regional expertise

Fellow roles include: Program and project management, marketing and communications, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and partnerships and business development

Learn more about the benefits of hosting a Fellow from an Atlas Corps team member 3. Fill out a position description outlining the skills that you are looking for a fellow. 4. Review pre-screened candidate bios identified by our team to best suit your needs. 5. Schedule virtual meetings with favorite candidates, coordinated by our team. 6. Select your Fellow and Atlas Corps will extend an offer and send you the Host Agreement. 7. Attend site supervisor orientation to learn about fellowship best practices. 8. Sit back and relax as Atlas Corps handles all logistics including flights, J-1 visa, insurance, living stipend, etc. 9. Fellow starts and the collaboration and innovation begins!
