Atlas Corps will recruit, vet and train talent to meet your organization’s needs. Share with us what you need and within four weeks we can have a skilled global professional placement-ready for your organization. We then accompany you and the fellow on your journey, providing support where needed while also welcoming the fellow into the vibrant Atlas Corps community.
Share your talent needs with the Atlas Corps team (for example: skillset, cultural competencies, geography, social impact issues, language requirements).
Review a short list of candidates and select candidates you would like to interview:
Atlas Corps will send you profiles of five to six global professionals who meet your needs. If reviewing candidates inspires you further, we can send additional profiles.
Interview your selected candidates:
Once you have chosen the candidates you are most interested in, we will schedule interviews based on your availability. We require at least one interview, but you are welcome to complete as many rounds or other testing as needed to find your best fit.
Select your fellow:
Once you have decided on your preferred candidate, Atlas Corps will finalize terms with the fellow, begin the visa process and book their travel to the U.S.
Once the fellow's start date is confirmed, Atlas Corps will facilitate onboarding, confirm a schedule for check-ins, establish milestones and learning outcomes and answer any questions.
We suggest submitting a position description at least six weeks before the desired start date. Our team will provide candidates for review within two business days. The interview process can take as little as one to two weeks to complete.
Atlas Corps places fellows for both global remote and U.S.-based in-person work training.
Yes! If that interests you, we suggest discussing opportunities and expectations with candidates during the interview process.
Atlas Corps requires one interview and the average is two interviews. Some organizations also choose to levy skills tests. You are welcome to customize this process to your team’s needs.
We love when this happens! Host organizations are welcomed and encouraged to hire fellows after a successful fellowship, as permitted by law in the relevant jurisdiction.
