Conrad N. Hilton Foundation Announces Fourth Cohort of Hilton Humanitarian Prize Laureate Virtual Leadership Institute in Collaboration with Atlas Corps

The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and Atlas Corps announce the fourth cohort of the Hilton Humanitarian Prize Laureate Virtual Leadership Institute. Fifty-one Hilton Prize Scholars will participate in a six-month virtual leadership training program providing them with valuable professional development opportunities within the Prize Laureate community. Professionals from 19 of the 28 Prize Laureate organizations represent 27 countries and have backgrounds in project management, public health and monitoring and evaluation. These humanitarian leaders serve their communities in the fields of youth development, women’s empowerment, education and more.

The Institute will focus on the themes of Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading Organizations and will strengthen the connections of participants within the Prize Laureate community as well as providing them the opportunity to experience the transformative power of coaching with the Atlas Corps staff. Program features include: keynote speakers, interactive workshops, self-guided assignments and community-building activities in collaboration with prominent U.S. organizations and leaders. Live sessions, small-group discussions and 1-on-1 reflections will provide for the integration of course materials and peer-to-peer engagement. Each participant will work on an individual leadership project that will benefit the Laureate organization where they work. Scholars will be members of the broader Atlas Corps Community of over 1,700+ professionals from 117 countries.
