The Atlas Corps Fellowship: Latin American Leaders Initiative, a special initiative within the Atlas Corps Fellowship, is specifically looking to recruit emerging leaders from Latin America for a 12 – 18 month professional Fellowship in the United States.

Atlas Corps engages professionals from around the world committed to social change with organizations in the United States to learn best practices, build organizational capacity, and return home to create a network of global leaders. Fellows serve full-time with Host Organizations to develop leadership skills and learn effective practices through the Atlas Corps Global Leadership Lab professional development series and networking opportunities with other Fellows.

Atlas Corps also covers visa expenses and provides each Fellow with a living stipend to cover basic expenses (food, local transportation, and shared housing), a monthly phone plan, emergency health and travel insurance, and round-trip international airfare.

Professionals who are interested in using their skills in business, technology, program management, data analysis, human resources, or communications to support the social sector are especially encouraged to apply. Atlas Corps is also looking for candidates with a professional background or interest in sustainability, community engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
