Neil is the Chief Operating Officer at The Forum for Youth Investment. Previously, he was the Vice President of Operations for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, where he oversaw all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the organization. Neil has also served as Vice President for Planning and Management at the National Center for Family Philanthropy and as Managing Director of the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF). Earlier in his tenure at GMF, he spent more than a decade working on GMF’s leadership development programs focused on young professionals from around the world.
In addition to serving on the board of Atlas Corps, Neil is also a member of the Finance & Audit Committee for the United Philanthropy Forum.
Neil holds both a bachelors degree and an MBA from Georgetown University. He and his family reside in Bethesda, MD.
