Dipanwita Das is an award-winning global training consultant and technology entrepreneur. She is the Founder & CEO of Sorcero, a data and cognitive science-powered active learning platform delivering personalized training for workforce development. She founded and serves as CEO of 42 Strategies, managing complex technology development and online advocacy projects for social sector organizations, like the Global Health Advocacy Incubator, Equal Justice Initiative, Virgin Unite, the Climate Reality Project, and Oceana. Previously, she served as an Atlas Corps Fellow and Training manager for 18 months designing the Global Leadership Lab. She has completed the Stanford Business School Executive Program for Social Entrepreneurship, earned her M.A. from the Institute for Development Studies at the University of Sussex, and earned a B.A. from St. Stephen’s College at the University of Delhi.
