Passionate about social innovation, Aymen has ten years of service in the non-profit sector in Tunisia. He started his journey young as a volunteer until he got involved in the professional framework. In 2019, He co-founded Youtheon, a youth-led organisation that works on non-formal education and exchange programs. During his career, Aymen navigated different stations and has had a shift from a mechanical engineer to an aspiring advocate in the social entrepreneurship sector. He worked at the Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship as a project manager. He led his team in implementing an acceleration programme for social entrepreneurs in his country. Aymen has a mechanical engineering degree from ISET Mahdia, and a master’s in NGOs management from Tunis Business School. Aymen is passionate about street art and he spent his free time watching animé or reading manga.

Role at Atlas Corps: Aymen joined the Atlas Corps team under the umbrella of the Community Solution Program fellowship. During his stay, he supports the Virtual Leadership Institute team with the scholars’ onboarding, coordination and delivery of activities, evaluation of the VLI program and further development opportunities available through the VLI to Atlas Corps scholars and alumni.
