Vivian Sun has three years of research experience in academia and one year of private sector project management experience. She earned a Bachelor of Art in Sociology and in German and a Master’s degree in International Affairs. Vivian has helped manage a refugee employment program partnering with British Telecom, aiming to provide a group of refugees in the UK with internship opportunities and enhance their chances of employment in the job market. She has also assisted in a sociological research funded by the National Science Foundation to study Intergroup Hostility and the impact of Media Coverage. Vivian has volunteered at Sexual Violence Prevention Association as a Policy Analyst, to help push forward the progress of implementing proper Sex Education in schools, thereby intervening in sexual violence before it occurs. Vivian is now a Partnerships Associate focused on the China region and hopes to further her academic achievement with a Ph.D. degree.
