Samah Dahhou has approximately six years of work experience, including two years serving as Senior Program Officer for USAID Career Center Program in Morocco. At USAID, Samah enhanced the employability of Moroccan youth and introduced career services in Moroccan universities and vocational training institutes through the implementation of pilot Career Centers. She was responsible for capacity building and reinforcement for pilot and future Career Centers in Morocco. Prior to this experience, Samah worked in education for “Campus France” in Morocco as a counselor and in human resources management in the private sector. Through these experiences, Samah was able to utilize her background in human resources management and her work with students to support youth workforce development in Morocco and to develop her skills in program implementation and management. These experiences confirmed Samah’s strong interest in workforce development and her desire to help make a change in this area. She is currently serving as Technical Advisor for a program on labor migration governance and labor mobility in North Africa. Samah holds a Master’s degree in Management from Clermont Auvergne University in France and a Vocational Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. She speaks French, Arabic, and English.
