Rocío Bravo is an educator and program manager. She is committed to expanding access to high-quality educational opportunities to underrepresented students and has worked in public education and the non-profit sector for more than nine years. Rocío has experience designing leadership curriculum, leading monitoring and evaluation strategies, managing large-scale projects, designing and scaling programs, advising high school and college students, and facilitating conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion. Currently, Rocío is the Program Manager of Teaching and Learning at Global Citizen Year, a non-profit organization with the mission to launch the generation of leaders our world needs now. Rocío’s dedication to social change stems from her experience as an immigrant, first-generation college student, and daughter of migrant farmworkers. Rocío earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Master’s degree in Urban Education Policy from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
