Mohammed Ghanem has five years of professional experience and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al-Azhar University in Gaza. Mohammed has been working as Customer Success Specialist at WalaPlus for more than a year. Mohammed works closely with sales and customers to understand requirements and ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the platform. From 2017 to 2019, Mohammed worked as Account Manager at a mobile company, Jawwal. Mohammed’s responsibilities consisted of working with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory, negotiate and close contracts to maximize profit, and assist with difficult customer inquiries or issue escalations as needed. From 2016 to 2017, he worked as Procurement Officer at United Palestinian Appeal. He was involved with reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased, as well as managing inventory and maintaining accurate purchasing and pricing records. In his recent experience, Mohammed has gained a range of skills including Insightly CRM, digital marketing and SEO copywriting. Mohammed enjoys focusing on marketing for charity.
