Mariana Dalou has five years of professional experience in the non-profit sector and two years in the for-profit sector. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the United States through a joint program with the Arab American University. For the last two years she has worked as a coordinator for Bluemina Citizenship and Residency, where she helped t to establish a Palestinian branch aiming to better serve the Palestinian community. Previously, she worked as a Human Resources Specialist with Justice Sector Assistance Project administrated by Tetra Tech DPK and funded by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs. She helped the project flourish and achieve high quality outputs, while at the same time developing her own professional career. Through these experiences, she developed strong communication and coordination skills. Mariana enjoys focusing on topics of education, rule of law, and youth empowerment.
