Deanna Keenan is a diversity, equity, and inclusion specialist with four years of experience working in non-profit and corporate settings. She has a BA in Psychology and Africana Studies and a Master of Social Work concentrated in Global Policy. Previously, Deanna has performed as an adjunct professor at Binghamton University in the Africana Studies department. She has also worked at an education-focused non-profit that serves underrepresented youth and teachers. Deanna’s current position with Seramount, a company that drives strategy and solutions in partnership with member companies to translate DEI into real business impact, focuses on Employee Resource Groups and how they can be best utilized to develop and support historically excluded groups in the workplace. She has specific passions in pipeline building strategies for elementary and high school-aged youth and supporting women of color in the leadership pipeline.
