LDA Albania organized the Regional Scientific Conference on “Extending the role of women for Albania’s comprehensive development”

A short introduction about LDA Albania:

Leadership Development Association Albania (LDA Albania) is a non-profit organization run by young professionals, establish in January 2017. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, democracy, good governance, fight corruption, entrepreneurship, professional growth and in many management areas.  LDA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, nationality,  ethnic or social origin. We work towards defending people’s rights and creating an equal society in Albania.  Our mission is to create an international platform that helps young individuals to develop their personal and professional skills through working within an International environment. Together with success we also prefer to develop in young people ethical and moral principles, like added value.

We believe young people potential is a  movement for the future, for better tomorrow.  Our vision is to help young individuals to realize their potential, to work with potential of young people and to  give every youngster an opportunity to become leader and change maker in his/her community in order to live  in the world where young generation will APPLY the skills of change making to solve complex problems of our societies.

On March 2, 2018, at the University College “Independence Vlora”, was held the Regional Scientific Conference on “Extending the role of women for the holistic development of Albania”. The conference aims to bring together and bring the thoughts, discussions, arguments of women coming from different fields such as central policy, local politics, academic and postgraduate teaching, NGOs, public administration etc. This conference was only attended by invitations one of them was Anxhela Delaj (An Anxhela) representative of LDA Vlorë. Each of the participants had drafted their writing on this subject and presented it to the audience. In this conference, they held a greeting speech and popular figures such as Eni Cobani, Nora Malaj, and many others.
