My friends are good cooks. It was wonderful seeing them all after a long time and then having them cook lovely food for me. A day full of experimentation with food, chit chatting about politics and many other social issues, and maybe the presence of too much awesomeness in the kitchen was making somebody nervous, so they accidentally poured extra salt into the omelette but 😛 it still tasted good.
If you ever need food, contact these guys ! Ever need tea ? Show up at their place. You’ll find the best-cooked tea ever.
A little tip for the incoming fellows as well. It is much better to be living with your fellow fellows in DC, rather than living on your own. The kind kingly treatment I got at the fellow house from my fellow friends, was great. The wonderful Pakistani food I ate, I could never have cooked myself at my place.
