Botswana (Host: Open Contracting Partnership)Lame is a Social Impact Communications Consultant with six years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and earned an honors degree in Professional Design (Visual Communication), and a diploma in Graphic design from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, in Botswana. Most recently, Lame worked with Our Solid Roots Association, as a communications consultant, managing the nonprofits internal creative projects including its branding, illustrations and publications. In 2019, he worked with (LEGABIBO) Lesbians Gays and Bisexuals of Botswana as a communications specialist, and designed the Visual brand identity, and the marketing materials for an LGBTQI+ advocacy campaign dubbed “beyond the rainbow.” The campaign was a first of its kind in the country, and its events lead to the government’s decision to decriminalize same sex relationships in Botswana. As the Founder of (WAW) “Who Are We Organization”, a youth arts and sports nonprofit, he developed and led an adolescent-youth sexual, and reproductive health rights workshop to bridge the gap between parent –child communication on issues of Sex and Sexual reproductive health which led to the setup of a youth friendly clinic, improving access to Sexual Reproductive Health services for youth in the community. Lame is passionate about using visual storytelling to advocate and create visibility for marginalized communities, and also hosts an indigenous language promotion podcast called “Ipelele Ngwao”, which focuses on preserving the diverse intangible heritage in Botswana. The Fellow will also manage OCP’s website and coordinate the day-to-day communication stream including social media. Lastly, Lame will help educate editors and journalists around the world as to why the trillion-dollar world of contracting and procurement matters so much for public integrity, markets, and development.
Shilton Mavule
Zambia (Host: The Climate Initiative)Shilton is an innovative development professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Library and Information Science, and a professional certificate in Qualitative Data Analysis with NVIVO from the University of Zambia. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Projects Management. Shilton comes with a rich background of professional training and work experience that reflects his passion for social impact and justice. Shilton has demonstrated proficiency in project management, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and data management. In the recent past, Shilton worked as a Programs Officer to support the programming, communications, and grant-writing, for projects aimed at empowering young women and girls in leadership and SRHR. Previously, he worked as a Data Manager on a carbon project, where he managed over two hundred and fifty thousand household data in Zambia, Angola, and Tanzania. In 2019, Shilton founded Mentor Dreams, an initiative to mentor and empower the Zambian youth in leadership and skills development, respectively. He has also worked as a Communications and Donor Relations Officer on projects relating to child care, access to primary education, and fundamental freedoms for children in rural areas. Egypt (Host: HealthRight International)Menna is a creative consultant, with a focus on social impact. She has 10 years of experience working in corporate and nonprofit sectors. She developed and oversaw several marketing strategies in Egypt and Africa that combine effective advertising with data driven storytelling. Menna built more than 20+ viral campaigns and initiatives to assist organizations and companies to transform their visibility strategies up to 70%. Additionally, she worked at two of Egypt’s largest advertising firms, which gave her a leverage in her social development work from a business model perspective and provided her with a broader knowledge and hands-on experience in the media area.

Ukraine (Org: Humanity & Inclusion)Roman Shynkarenko has over five years of experience working in organizations dedicated to improving the social sphere within communities. Roman holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Dnipro National University in Ukraine. He currently serves as a Referral Officer at Humanity & Inclusion, where he collaborates with other organizations involved in humanitarian missions in Ukraine. Previously, Roman served as the Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk region organization of the political party “”UDAR Vitaliy Klitschko”” and worked as a manager at the company Operational Sociology. Throughout his career, Roman has been driven by a strong commitment to helping vulnerable individuals affected by the war in his country. His primary focus lies within the field of protection, as he currently works in the protection department at Humanity & Inclusion. Roman is dedicated to ensuring that vulnerable individuals receive the necessary support and protection they need in the aftermath of the conflict.
Olivier Gingweze
Democratic Republic of Congo (Org: Norwegian Refugee Council)Olivier Gingweze is a humanitarian logistician and logistics trainer from the Democratic Republic of Congo, currently based in Goma. With seven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, he holds a Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Institut Supérieur Pédagogique et Technique de Kinshasa and a Master’s degree in Humanitarian Practice from the University of Manchester. In his role as a logistics coordinator for the Norwegian Refugee Council, Olivier ensures the strategic management of logistics activities, providing guidance and technical support to implement logistics systems and procedures, and ensuring compliance with policies and donor requirements. He has acquired skills in fleet right-sizing, budgeting, and procurement planning through his recent nonprofit experience. Olivier has worked with various organizations, including BAT Congo as a spare parts storekeeper, Doctors Without Borders in multiple positions including Field Logistics Manager, International Committee of the Red Cross, and Memisa Belgium. He is also a logistics training consultant for Bioforce Institute, where he is passionate about greening the supply chain, promoting environmental sustainability, and empowering other humanitarian workers through logistics training.

Didac Amat i Puigsech
SpainDidac Amat Puigsech is a Ph.D. candidate in International Climate Change Law at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). He lives in Barcelona, where he combines his research with teaching activities. Concretely, he teaches undergraduate courses on International Public Law and International Constitutional Law at the UPF, a Master’s course in International Climate Change Regime at the Centre of International Studies of Barcelona (CEI) and a Master’s course in International Relations Theory at the Barcelona Institute of International Studies (IBEI). Before his current positions, Didac studied Law and Political Science, graduating with honors from UPF, and a Master’s in legal practice at the Barcelona School of Management, also graduating with honors. During his university years, Didac developed a special interest in sustainable development and international relations. Thus, he did an exchange program at the City University of Hong Kong, worked in Greece as a legal assistant on human rights strategic litigation, and completed a pro-bono program in Peru. In 2018, Didac started his professional career at CIDOB, ranked the 35th IR think tank worldwide. During this period, he improved his knowledge of climate change mitigation strategies by completing a one-year program on Solar Photovoltaic Energy from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). Finally, previous to his enrollment in the Ph.D. program one year ago, Didac was the chief of the cabinet of Òmnium Cultural, a cultural NGO that promotes social cohesion through the defense of civil, political, and cultural rights.
