Vinnie JainIndia (Host: SAP)
Vinnie has seven years of experience in the field of Marketing and Communications, and Information Technology. She has earned an MBA in Communications Management from Symbiosis International University, India and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technical University, India.
Vinnie has worked with several nonprofits and foundations in multiple capacities. Having volunteered as an educator to adolescents through Make A Difference nonprofit; a climate change and community warrior through Extinction Rebellion and Bangalore Eco Team; a mental health champion through White Swan Foundation; and a campaign specialist with Deepalaya nonprofit, she brings in tremendous experience from across the social sector. She has also created awareness regarding prevention from sexual abuse among the children through Parwarish Institute of Parenting, and had the opportunity to work with SAP, India on a pro bono basis to facilitate multiple employee volunteering and donation drives at various shelter homes.
Vinnie’s story of being a ‘responsible citizen’ was featured in the #ProfessionalsOfLinkedIn and #GivingTuesday campaign. For her initiatives, she had also been recognized as one of the Global Goodwill Ambassadors from India in 2018. Previously, she contributed to the production of ‘Everyday Giving in India’ report, a first-of-its-kind study on India’s Everyday Giving Market. For her exceptional work in the communications industry, she also made it to PRmoment India’s Top 30 Under 30 PR Professionals 2020 list. Given her passion for volunteering, she now continues to use her skills to support various nonprofits during the pandemic.

Role at Host Organization: At SAP, Vinnie will serve as the Communications and Program Management Fellow: She will primarily focus on the development and facilitation of training sessions in support of one of CSR EMEA’s signature initiatives: Africa Code Week. In this role, Vinnie will be part of the EMEA CSR team and align with the SAP CSR lead, as well as various implementing partners in the EMEA region.
Tsanta Gaëlle RamamonjisoaMadagascar (Host: Making Cents International)
Tsanta Gaëlle Ramamonjisoa has eleven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Anglophone Studies from the University of Antananarivo, and a Master’s degree in Communication and Languages Applied to Tourism from the University of Antananarivo. Since March 2020, the first lockdown in Madagascar, she has been working as a digital influencer and a content creator for the educational platform Voice for Change, and continued to leverage her voice as a voice artist. By writing human-interest contents, creating twenty-seven video shows across three different social media platforms, and by lending her voice to nonprofits and companies, she could spread positivity, foster greatness and break stigma around minority groups like the deaf. Prior to this, she served as a short-term communications consultant within the environment portfolio of the World Bank Group in Madagascar where she mainly supported the natural resources management specialist with digital storytelling and content production for over ten months. Besides these, she is the founder and the former president of the youth-led volunteer-match organization, One Way for Change, from July 2015 to March 2019. This experience helped her enhance her youth engagement capacity as well as her project management and communications skills, by putting herself in the shoes of over eighty volunteers and the nonprofits she has been working with and for. Also, by way of utilizing project management and content creation tools like Trello, Canva, and iMovie. Aside from enjoying to focus on topics of youth development, Gaëlle also has a strong passion for leadership programs and digital literacy.

Role at Host Organization: At Making Cents International, Gaelle will be working as a Youth Engagement Fellow: Gaelle will support activities for YouthLead.org, with outreach and polling of youth networks to identify in-demand topics, content, and resources for the platform and its related learning events.
Rokaya JamalyMorocco (Host: SAP)
Rokaya Jamaly is a Youth Empowerment Specialist from Morocco. She has graduated from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Hassan 1st University with a Master’s degree in Engineering Sciences – Option Quality Engineering. During her 9 years of experience, she has spent more than 7 years serving as a volunteer for non-profits and over 4 years as an employee in the nonprofit sector. While working as a Nonprofit Projects Coordinator, she has led 15 one-shot actions within a national program aiming to promote volunteering amongst the Moroccan youth. Said program was implemented in 5 regions of Morocco in coordination with 22 nonprofits. As an employment adviser in the framework of the UMER project (Mobile Units for the improvement of employability in rural areas) – GIZ, GFA Consulting and ANAPEC (National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills), Rokaya has worked in 3 regions. She has also worked as a Professional integration manager in a local nonprofit called Nahda in the framework of the Danish Arabic Partnership Program led by OXFAM. During those experiences, Rokaya has worked closely with under qualified youth. Her main task was to support them until they found jobs through job search workshops and soft skills sessions. Afterwards, Rokaya started a program in partnership with a Talent Acquisition and Digital Marketing Agency, and a call center where she developed a Training program aiming to recruit underqualified youth within the call center. Later on, she became an account manager within the same agency. Currently, Rokaya is a Product Manager in Digital Place, a Digital Transformation Consulting Firm operating in Consulting, Digital Marketing, and Training. The product she is managing is Sboost.net, a national platform aiming to reinforce and promote skills.

Role at Host Organization: At SAP, Rokaya will serve as a Project Manager for Digital Skills: Rokaya will be working closely with SAP colleagues and implementing partners of the program, preparing communications assets (including but not limited to newsletters, visuals, social media posts, emailers) and reports, managing and updating the social media accounts and website, creating and managing volunteer opportunities, and more.
Redempta MutindaKenya (Host: SEED Spot)
Redempta Mwende is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning professional with over 6 years of extensive experience working in the International Development sector. She has hands-on experience in developing and providing strategic leadership in development of Monitoring and Evaluation systems. She has served as a Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator – East Africa and Yemen Region at Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). In these roles, she provided strategic and technical support to NRC’s Monitoring and Evaluation efforts across ten countries. This includes supporting the implementation of NRC’s M&E standards, systems and practices to produce, measure and demonstrate improvements in programme performance and inform evidence-based decision making. She undertook training across Country Offices to increase capacity of staff to implement M&E systems, tools and practices. She previously served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Lead at Mercy Corps where she led all M&E functions. Through the wide array of programmes implemented, she has a proven record of designing and execution of M&E systems, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data management, operations research, evaluations, development of knowledge management systems and M&E compliance. Additionally, she has experience in building relationships and compliance reporting for a wide array of donors including USAID, DFID, NMFA, World Bank, Google, Global Fund, SIDA and UN. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree double major in integrated community development and social work from Daystar University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and Evaluation from Kenyatta University. She enjoys focusing on youth employment and heath development programs, and has a strong passion for women empowerment.

Role at Host Organization: At SEED Spot, Redempta will serve as a Measuring and Evaluation Fellow. She will help design, collect, and track SEED Spot measuring and evaluation work enabling more accurate and up to date data. In addition, the fellow will help to optimize a more searchable,organized, and complete database of SEED Spot alumni creating a platform to enhance our current programs and create new programs.
Quaifa AndaleebIndia (Host: SAP)
Quaifa Andaleeb has a strong passion for women empowerment. She has more than four years of experience of working with and in the Indian government departments/ organizations. She holds two master’s degrees in Gender and Development and Women’s Studies from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex (UK) and the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (India), respectively. Quaifa worked in the UNV/ UNDP India and held the position of District Youth Officer under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. She was the district nodal head for the implementation of all the programs as per the Ministry’s approved Annual Action Plan. She had also worked closely with two of the Bihar government’s programs namely, the Integrated Child Development Scheme and the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotional Society. She assessed the training needs of the ‘barefoot’ functionaries of these programs and developed self-explanatory training modules and capsules for them. Previously, she has worked as a Young Professional at the Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission (Rural Development Department, Government of Maharashtra) where she was entrusted with the end-to-end management and implementation of a state level pilot project on mobilization and institution building of community resource persons. She has also contributed in drafting the organization’s policy for its community-based trainers. Quaifa is a feminist and aspires to achieve gender equity and human well-being in this resource constrained world. Her professional experiences have equipped her with a strong skill set in project management, implementation, coordination, and communication.

Daliya ManuelIndia (Host: SAP)
Daliya Manuel has been working as a Brand Manager at Vyakta, a workplace learning company based in India, for over four years. Daliya has been instrumental in managing Vyakta’s branding and marketing communication activities. Her learnings from the PG Certification program in Digital Marketing with a specialization in Branding and Communication at MICA has given a deeper understanding of the nuances of the digital media space. She traces her alma mater to the Asian School of Business, where she successfully pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Daliya, being a people person, has donned the role of English Teacher at Nirmala School, bringing about a drastic change in the students’ spoken language capabilities. She constantly endeavors towards making the world a better place in her own small way. In pursuit of this goal, she worked on an app that integrates farmers, under the mentorship of Ranveer Chandra, Chief Scientist, Azure Global at Microsoft. She is extremely passionate about people development and mental health. She considers emotional first aid as a vital, yet highly underutilized tool in addressing mental health wellbeing.

She will also act as the brand ambassador for the SAP CSR team and represent CSR as an extended member of the sustainability efforts at SAP.
Constance MunyenyembeMalawi (Host: IFDC)
Constance Munyenyembe has five years of experience in the non-governmental/profit sector. She earned her Honors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Namibia. While working for Africa Agribusiness Academy as Malawi’s Country Manager, she has helped member businesses find new markets and new sources of finance for their agricultural products. As a Mandela Washington Fellow, in 2019 she co-started the Agribusiness Hub Africa Initiative. She has facilitated training for youth-led businesses in Malawi who have gained new knowledge on technologies and skills needed to expand their businesses. Through these experiences she has developed strong skills in business, mentorship and implementation. Constance enjoys focusing on topics of business/entrepreneurship and agriculture, with a strong passion for women and youth empowerment.

Mozammel HossainBangladesh (Host: Leonardo)
Mozammel Hossain (Nayon) is a driven young professional. Mozammel has five years of experience in digital and social media marketing. Mozammel obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh and is now studying to earn a Master of Science in Digital Technology Management at Munich University of Applied Science in Germany. Some of his proven skills are strategic planning, growth hacking, graphic design, fundraising, website development, creative thinking, and more. He founded a startup named Trendy Pitch in 2016 and helped more than 300 US and EU top notch companies and organizations design stunning PowerPoint and Prezi presentations. His friends call him Pitch Man. Before that Mozammel worked as a Marketing Associate at Viser X and helped the organization to plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising. He has vast extracurricular experience and participated in lots of business and case competitions such as Hult Prize, HSBC-IBA Business Case Competition, and Telenor Youth Summit. Mozammel worked alongside other students to organize the first-ever Hult Prize competition at the University of Dhaka, which was worth 1 million USD in seed capital. He is an outstanding debater and was even selected as the champion and best speaker in the first FBS IT/IS Entrepreneurship Debate Championship organized by the Management Information System Department at the University of Dhaka. Mozamel dreams of a world where there is no poverty, sexual harassment, child labor, or refugees.

Marta BednarczykPoland (Host: Atlas Corps)
Marta Bednarczyk has more than eight years of experience volunteering and working in the nonprofit sector. Marta has a double undergraduate degree in International Security and Ugrofinnic Studies, and a graduate degree in Crisis Management. In her academic research, she specialized in the national security system of Finland and its influence on the Baltic Sea region, as well as education for peace as a tool of grassroots human security-building processes. During her studies, Marta worked as a volunteer coordinator and brand manager in YFU – an international organization dedicated to intercultural education through exchange programs. At YFU, she gained experience as a trainer and facilitator in the fields of intercultural communication, social inclusion, and global citizenship. Through a variety of international projects, Marta has acquired competencies in project management, event coordination, team-building, and youth work. After graduating, she moved to work with the issues of minority rights in Lithuania through an internship at an NGO offering assistance to victims of human rights abuses and hate speech. Upon the completion of her internship, she began working in the local language minority media as a publicist and radio commentator. Both in and outside of her work, Marta is particularly passionate about international politics, women’s rights and gender equality, and sustainable living.

Tinatswe MhakaZimbabwe (Host: Leonardo)
Tinatswe Mhaka (BA) (LLB) is a published author, lawyer, feminist digital storyteller, and activist from Harare, Zimbabwe. Tinatswe is the founder of Feminist Voices Zimbabwe, an organization strengthening gender advocacy and access to justice through documentation and dissemination of information. Tinatswe is passionate about digital media and the mainstreaming of injustices prevalent against women in the global south. Over the last 15 months, Tinatswe has worked at Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association conducting legal aid, research, lobbying, and advocacy, specifically involving women in low-income regions. She is a freelance journalist with Open Parly ZW and has publications on multiple platforms including African Feminism, Zim Juris, Sistah Sistah, and Vutha Magazine. She has previously been a writing resident in the Digital Spaces Storytelling Lab and has carried out writing consultancies for Youth Empowerment Transformation Fund and Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development. Tinatswe is also an author of feminist literature. She has three short stories in Turquoise Heart, a short story anthology about Zimbabwean women, published by Carnelian Heart Publishing in the United Kingdom. Her debut novel The Men I Have Hated is set to be available in February of 2021.
