Nurangiz Khodzharova is a native of Azerbaijan, born and raised in Moscow, Russia. An avid traveler from a young age, she has lived in several countries, including the US, Sweden, Turkey, Hungary, and Lebanon. She holds a Master’s in International Development and Management from Lund University and has worked in the development and humanitarian aid sector for almost a decade. She has experience in her native Russia as well as other regions of the world. Most recently, Nurangiz has worked on the European refugee response and is currently leading volunteer recruitment for Translators without Borders. Nurangiz is passionate about languages, refugee and migrant rights, and international education. She is fluent in Russian, English and Turkish and has basic knowledge of French and Arabic.
