Mohammad has 4 years of experience with OneVoice Organization as a Program Officer, advocating for the two states solution; running several campaigns, trainings, and activities that aim to raise awareness toward Middle-East peace process, and the challenges that the Palestinian new generation faces. He graduated from An-Najah National University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Mohammad volunteered with Tomorrow’s Youth organization in Palestine, working closely with youth in refugee camps, and neglected areas helping, and creating better opportunities for the Palestinian children in refugee camps. He has spoken at universities, political, and social centers in many countries addressing the history and future aspiration for the Middle East conflict. Mohammad won the Generations For Peace Samsung Award for Impact, for his own personal journey of change with Generations For Peace and his impact: training 300 leaders of youth, and involving more than 3,500 children in five Palestinian cities.
Host Organization: Cure Violence
Role at Host Organization: Mohammad will identify, apply, replicate, and manage adaptations, of the Cure Violence model for reducing violence. Also, he will help to expand Cure Violence’s work in the Middle East and North Africa region.
