Ifeoma has over seven years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. Her service has spanned across HIV/AIDS, youth development, community/public health, and peace and conflict resolution fields. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Human Resources. Ifeoma is a Peace Scholar, having trained as a Peace and Conflict Resolution Expert at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand, and a current Rotary Peace Fellow. As an assiduous learner with an astute mind, Ifeoma garnered skills and knowledge in human capital strategy, human resources wellness, social sector leadership, and more. While at ABN/ NCMG International, she functioned as a Human Resources Personnel, and designed and coordinated programs within the country and internationally. She is skilled in program development, strategic planning, fundraising, project coordination, partnerships, and coalition building. The State Governor of Taraba and the Local Government Counsellor in Wukari awarded Ifeoma for her dedication to the social impact of the not-for-profit sector and for her meritorious and selfless contribution to the state. Ifeoma currently oversees work at the Institute for Work and Family Integration, providing leadership oversight to its employees and developing operational and partnership strategies, amongst others.

Role at Open Government Partnership Ifeoma will serve as the HR Fellow: supporting OGP and the HR Director in the implementation of key HR initiatives, including tasks relating to staff training and professional development programs, performance management, and organizational development.
