Talent is evenly distributed in the world, but opportunity is not. Atlas Corps provides opportunities for the world’s best social change leaders.

The best way to affect social change is by developing leaders – especially leaders from diverse communities which are often overlooked and underrepresented. 

International barriers (visas and funding) prevent multilateral global service leadership and Atlas Corps can provide the infrastructure to navigate those barriers.

Social change needs to be sustainable for it to scale and achieve lasting impact. The financially sustainable business model of Atlas Corps is key to our past, current and future success.

Empowered, diverse leaders who cooperate across borders is paramount to addressing the most important social change issues.

Social change is not limited to one sector, one issue, or one country. We take pride that Atlas Corps partners with the nonprofit, for-profit and government sectors on a wide variety of issues in numerous countries to achieve impact. In fact, some of the greatest innovations occur when leaders of different sector, different issue areas and different countries learn from each other.
