The Coronavirus pandemic has forced governments and organizations to instruct their staff to work from home. This sudden shift is a major disruption that a lot of people were not prepared for. Not many people are used to working from home. Even if you work from home before now, at least the kids, your spouse/roommates went to school and work respectively. You had a large portion of the day to yourself to work.

Not in the present state we are all in. Now we have every member of our family with us at home. It is even very challenging when you have the kids at home. Balancing working from home and taking care of family or having roommates at home is a lot of work.
