our three-year scaling strategy to expand to 100 Fellows per year and become 100% operationally funded
By 2015, Atlas Corps plans to double the size of our organization-to engage 100 Fellows each year (Vision 2015). This ambitious strategic plan will benefit the entire nonprofit sector by empowering the upcoming generation of nonprofit professionals while building the capacity of the organizations where they serve. In addition, Vision 2015 will make Atlas Corps 100% operationally-funded based on the Host Organization cost share and "economies of scale" - the per-Fellow expense decreases as the number of engaged Fellows increases. We will utilize these additional resources to strengthen our current model, enhance our ongoing engagement of Alumni, and look to develop more innovative outreach activities for our international network. The result, a global network of dedicated and trained organizations and individuals ready to more effectively address the critical social issues.
